Ms. Luffey has been a forerunner in myofunctional education and instruction since 2018. She has worked with private clients from over 16 countries across the world- and counting!
Ms. Luffey’s extensive practical education includes being trained by the world’s top experts, authors, and educationalists including Dr. Zaghi, Dr. Micheal Gelb & associates, Dr. Baxter, Sanda Valcu-Pinkerton, and Sandra Coulson among others. With over twelve years of specialization in multiple disciplines such as orthodontics, voice resonance, muscular-compensation elimination, and body posture integration, she is directly sought-after by release providers and clients alike across the globe. She is world-renowned for her specialization work with professional singers. Her past clients include Grammy-winning artists and professional operatic singers in the European circuit.
Ms. Luffey grew up immersed in the dental field, but her own voyage into the myo world began while pursuing her own career as a professional opera singer; she still performs many of opera’s leading roles with companies around the world. Her passion is to use and grow this unique set of skills and insights to bridge new ideas between the two worlds.
Ms. Luffey is currently actively researching tongue ties and their affect on vocal sound, range, and overall technique in singers.
Ms. Luffey holds a CSOM from the Graduate School of Breathing Sciences and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance.
